This is a reprint of the 1869 Beer Atlas. Printed in 1971 by the Tuttle Company, Rutland, Vermont. A great alternative to the very expensive 1869 Beers Atlas. The book appeard to be in very good condition. One map of Winooski Falls has become detached but should be easy to fix. I have not checked all the other maps, submaps to see if they are in the book but I am assuming, judging by the nice condition of the book, that they are all there. A great book for the Vermont history buff.
